How does the colour change actually work?
The fabric is dyed with thermochromic (heat-sensitive) pigment. When it warms up to around your body temperature — from your skin, your breath, or a warm room — the pigment turns translucent and a shifting camo pattern appear. As it cools it returns to dark forest camo. It's a physical reaction in the dye, so it works every single time.
What size is it — will it fit me?
One size fits most adults. The knit has 4-way stretch and sits comfortably under helmets, hoods and hats without bunching. If you're between sizes it'll still fit — the stretch does the work.
Can I wash it without ruining the effect?
Yes. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and air dry. The reactive effect is built into the fibre, not a coating, so it holds wash after wash. Just avoid hot tumble drying and harsh bleach.
